A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 4 to 7 July 2013 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, by the Chess South Africa and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Boardwalk Casino & Entertainment Centre, in Port Elizabeth.
The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Gunther van den Bergh (RSA).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
