The first FIDE Trainers’ Seminar in Korea was held from 26th to 28th February 2013 in the “Womens Plaza” Seoul. 22 participants took part in Seminar. Some of them were young players, including a 9 year old girl, some trainers teaching in kindergartens and primary schools. Considering the chess level, trainer experience, activity during the Seminar and examinations results, the participants were awarded 13 DI titles and 1 NI title.
