From 2 to 6 June 2013 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Osh, Kyrgyzstan, by the Kyrgyzstan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Husan Turdialiev (UZB).

The lectures were in Russian language.

Eleven (11) people from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title or the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
