From 15 to 25 April 2013 the 24th Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was held, organized by the Brazilian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer of the seminar was IA Antonio Bento (BRA), FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer was GM Darcy Lima (BRA).

The Lectures were in Portuguese language.

Fifteen (15) Arbiters from Brazil attended the seminar on Internet.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
