 Serzh Sargsian, President of Armenian Chess Federation was elected President of Armenia. Serzh Sargsian made great contribution to the chess development in Armenia, Armenian chess players are well known all over the world. Armenian men's team became Gold medalists at the Chess Olympiad in Turin, Italy in 2006.

that Armenia has again chosen the right way of democratic reforms combined
with social and economic development.
