FIDE Secretariat reminds all National Chess Federations that the deadline is 12 September 2007 for submission of title applications to be considered by the 2007 FIDE Congress, Antalya, Turkey, 10-17 November 2007.


Title applications received at the FIDE Secretariat after the 60-day deadline shall be charged a supplement of 50%, while those arriving at the Congress site after the commencement of the Titles & Ratings Committee meetings shall be charged double the standard fee (10 November 2007).
