is 30 November 2006. Reports received late will be rated for the next list, April 2007. In accordance with regulations, all crosstables should be submitted for the purpose of rating individual games. Organizers of leagues are reminded to submit partial reports within the respective rating periods.
2. Deadline for submission of Title Applications to be considered by the 2007 1st Quarter Presidential Board Meeting is 24 December 2006.
