FIDE President Visits China Print

FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov visited China with the delegation of the Russian Federation led by Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov. Yesterday, the FIDE President met Premier Wen Jiabao of the People's Republic of China. Kirsan also had a meeting with the PROC Chess Association officials and informed them of the results of the 3rd quarter Presidential Board Meeting held in Elista, Kalmykia, Russia, on the Kramnik-Topalov World Chess Championship Match and on the future program of FIDE.
