 FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov appointed new Appeals Committee members.
Chairman: Continental President for the Americas, Mr. Jorge Vega.
Members: Continental President for Europe, Mr. Boris Kutin, Delegate of
Azerbaijan Chess Federation, Mr. Faik Gasanov
Deputy President, Mr. Georgios Makropoulos is appointed as the FIDE Observer for the 2006 World Chess Championship match V. Topalov – V. Kramnik.
