The International Arbiter, member of FIDE Titles and Ratings Committee, Rules and Regulations Committee and CHIPS, Mr. Vladimir Dvorkovich (RUS) passed away on 29 June 2005. Mr. Dvorkovich made an immense contribution to the Russian Chess as well as to the chess all over the World. FIDE extends its sincere and deepest sympathies to Mr. Dvorkovich`s family and the Russian Chess Federation. Mr. Dvorkovich shall be missed by his many friends in our big family.
