The 4th European Individual Chess Championships were held in Istanbul - Silivri, Turkey from May 29 to June 15, 2003. GM Zurab Azmaiparshvili (GEO) won a gold with 9.5 points in a Men`s Competition. Download Final Standings Men WGM Cramling Pia (SWE) won the Women`s Individual Championship with 8.5 points in a field of 115 women chess players from all over Europe. GM Malakhov Vladimir (RUS) and GM Graf Alexander (GER) finished second and third accordingly with 9 points each player. WGM Cramling Pia (SWE) won the Women`s Individual Championship with 8.5 points in a field of 115 women chess players from all over Europe.
