The traditional Chess and Games Festival was organized for the third year in Halkidiki, Greece. The Festival started on 28 April 2008 and ended on 6 May 2008. The Festival's program included World Amateur Championship, International Chess School Cup, International Open Tournament and Arbiters' Seminar.
