Furn el Chebak Municipal Mayor Reymond Semean opened the tournament together with Sulaiman Al Fahim, president of the UAE Chess Federation, who signed an agreement of cooperation with the Lebanese Chess Federation president Nabil Sinno as Chiah Mayor Rolland Rahhel looks on during the opening ceremonies.
