Bank PIVDENNY will once again be the organizer and financial partner of the 3rd ACP World Rapid Cup which will take place in Odessa, 22-24 May 2009. The 3rd ACP WRC will be a KO tournament. The time control will be 20 minutes per game with an increment of 5 seconds per move.
The prize fund will be USD 57,000.
16 players will fight for the Cup: 13 grandmasters who performed best in the ACP Tour 2007/2008 + 3 Wild Cards given by the organizers.
