Under the auspices of the African Chess Union, the Egyptian Chess Federation has the honor of inviting African Federations affiliated to FIDE to participate in the 2009 African Junior Chess Championship and African Girls Chess Championship Under 20.
The 2009 African Junior & Girls Chess Championships will be held from 30th December 2009 (arrival) to 8th January 2010 (departure) at the Olympic Center in Maadi http://www.olympiccenter. com/en_default.aspx ) – Cairo the Capital City of Egypt.
