It is the third time when Lublin accommodates a round robin tournament. In the past two years the rang of the tournaments were XV category. This time organizers put a lot of pressure to organize the strongest tournament in Poland ever. The average rating of players is 2681 elo and this gives XVIII category. On the starting list one can see a mixture of world well-known players like as young and gifted, eager to beat old school.
