Vladimir Dvorkovich Memorial Concluded Print

The 8th traditional chess tournament Vladimir Dvorkovich Memorial took place on 22-30th July in Taganrog, Russia. The tournament was played over nine rounds of Swiss system with the classical time control.

Grandmaster Ivan Popov repeated the success from Bondarevsky Memorial and took a clear first place with 8 points.

GM Dmitry Kryakvin is second with 7,5 points, while GMs Vladimir Belous and Eduard Andreev shared the third place with 6,5 points each.

The prize fund of 9300 USD was provided by the Rostov Oblast Chess Federation and city of Taganrog.
