35 men`s teams and 43 women`s teams shutout their first round opponents in Turin. A record 149 teams are in the open division with 108 teams in the Women`s Olympiad. Top seed Russian men and women blanked Kazakhstan 4:0 and Portugal 3:0, respectively. Thirty five men`s teams and 43 women`s teams made shutout scores in the first round of the 13-round Swiss system tournament. A record 149 teams are in the open division with 108 teams in the Women`s Olympiad.
