The Singapore Arbiter Seminar Print

The Singapore Seminar was organized by the Singapore Chess Federation and the ASEAN Chess Academy and took place in the hall of the ASEAN Chess Academy, in Singapore, from 17 to 21 of December 2007. .

The Singapore Seminar was organized by the Singapore Chess Federation and the ASEAN Chess Academy and took place in the hall of the ASEAN Chess Academy, in Singapore, from 17 to 21 of December 2007.

The Lecturer was IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos, Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters` Council and co-lecturer was IA Ignatius Leong, FIDE General Secretary.

9 people (7 men and 2 women) from 5 countries (Singapore, Indonesia, Russia, Spain and Romania) participated in the seminar. All of them participated in the examination test.
