Grandmasters Steering Committee met 3 November 2002 from 11 am to 13 pm. The meeting was open to al those who wanted to attend. The GMSC Statutes were approved with one change. The voting members was extended from top 100 players to top 200 players. There were other votes taken, including the need to get more input from GM&rsquos over time controls. The Grandmaster Steering Committee approved the 9 listed GM members. Two more members were approved: GM S. Lputian (ARM) and GM M. Krasenkow (POL). Yasser Seirawan
