FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Dresden, Germany Print

From 14 to 17 November 2008 an Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Dresden, Germany, by the FIDE Arbiters' Council.
The Lecturers were IA Stewart Reuben (ENG) and IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT) and co-lecturer was IA David Sedgwick (ENG).
12 people from Papua New Guinea, Bermuda, Tunisia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Kenya, Surinam and Ethiopia, participated in the Seminar and in the examination test.

The following 10 succeeded in the test and were awarded the title of FIDE Arbiter by the FIDE General Assembly:
