 After the 1st FIDE Presidential Board held from 26-29 January 2007 in Antalya, Turkey, it is decided that the Chairmen of all FIDE Committees and Commissions are to submit some information on the work of the respective FIDE Committees and Commissions.  The 2nd (and last) Direct Approval Process for FIDE Trainer/Instructor titles has ended. FIDE will send invoices to respective federations before the Title Certificate shall be issued from FIDE Athens Office. At the same time, FIDE shall invoice for the 2-year License Fee and a Badge (stating Name, Federation, ID Number and Expiry Date) which will be issued from FIDE Singapore Office.

 Elista FIDE Office reminds all National Federations that the deadline is 31st August for submission of tournament reports for the 1st October 2006 FIDE Rating List. Reports submitted after the deadline will be included in the next list, January 2007. PGN files of games and cross tables are published when submitted with Registered Tournaments as required by FIDE regulations. Please send all the tournament reports to
