Young chess players are invited to Egypt. The chess tournament will be held in Hurghada from January 2nd to January 9th 2020. Chess School "YS" Hurghada and the Pedagogical Chess Union together with the Chess Federation of Egypt holds an open tournament on classical chess among children born in 2004 and younger. Venue - “5” stars Nubian Aqua Beach Resort Hurghada Arrival of participants on January 2nd. Departure of participants - January 9th. The classic chess tournament will be held from January 3rd to January 8th in 9 rounds (2 rounds per day) with a control of 60 ’+ 30 ″. As part of the competition children's rapid and blitz tournaments will be held. The Rapid Tournament will take place on January 5th in 9 rounds with a time control of 10 ’+ 5 ″. The Blitz tournament will be held on January 8th from 17:00 in 11 rounds with a 3 ’+ 2” control. All tournaments will be held with FIDE rating calculation. Accommodation for tournament’s participants - $ 450 per person for 7 nights (all-inclusive) including the tournament fee. Accommodation for accompanying persons - $ 250 per person for 7 nights (all-inclusive system). A free transfer from Cairo/Hurghada International Airports to Nubia Aqua Beach Resort will be provided by the organizers for all tournament’s guests. Excursion program is prepared and will be organized for tournament’s guests upon request. Egypt's weather is very comfortable this time of year. Chess players will have the opportunity to see the sights of Luxor, as well as to swim in the Red Sea, have fun in the Aqua Park and in the numerous pools of the Nubian Aqua Beach Resort. The average air temperature this time of year in Hurghada is +22 °, water temperature in the sea is around +23 °. The hotel's pools are heated. The water temperature in the pools is much higher.
