A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 20 to 25 April 2017 in Kremenchuk, Poltava Region, Ukraine, by the Ukrainian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Oleg Tovchyga (UKR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Yuriy Gnyp (UKR).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel “Naftokhimik”, in Kremenchuk.

The language of the Seminar will be Russian. The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
