A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 26 September to 1 October 2018, during the 43rd World Chess Olympiad, in Batumi, Georgia, by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the Georgian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Stewart Reuben (ENG), FIDE Rules Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Aris Marghetis (CAN), Secretary of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The participation will be free for all.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
