Basic Tournament Data: OPEN tournament for players rated >2100. Organizer is allowed to include players with lower ratings as follows: 2000-2099 (unlimited number), 1900-1999 (max 10 players), and below 1900 (max 5 players). Players lower than 2000 need special permission from the organizer to register. 9 rounds will be played. The tournament is valid for FIDE rating, and international title norms and time control is 90 minutes, plus 30 seconds cumulative increment.
